About Us
Founded in 1987, The Stonehenge Company is a leading developer of high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects in the greater Columbus area. We employ more than 50 highly qualified associates with extensive experience in development, construction, marketing, sales and leasing.
In addition to overseeing and managing residential communities in Gahanna, New Albany, Columbus, and Grove City, and office properties in Dublin and Worthington, we have established public-private partnerships with several municipalities seeking to revitalize central points of their communities through the development of mixed-use developments. Cities who have partnered with us on such initiatives include the cities of Gahanna (Creekside Gahanna), Dublin (BriHi Square), Columbus (Northland Village) and Grove City (The Lumberyard).
For our efforts, we have received a number of prestigious local and national accolades. In 2007, Creekside Gahanna was named recipient of the National Showcase Award by the Council of Development Finance Agencies, which is awarded to the best tax increment financing program in the nation. Our partnership with City of Gahanna beat out competing projects in Kansas City, San Antonio and Washington, D.C.
The Stonehenge Company and its partners have also been recognized for outstanding achievements by the Olde Gahanna Community Partnership, the Gahanna Department of Parks and Recreation and the National League of Cities. |
