(October 30, 2008)

Bird Houk Collaborative and public-private partners The Stonehenge Company and the City of Gahanna were awarded the Planning for All Award on October 30, 2008. This award was given in acknowledgement of the team's contribution to the Gahanna Community through their involvement in the recently-constructed 240,000 sq. ft. mixed-use Creekside project in Olde Gahanna, Ohio.

The award, given by the Ohio Planning Conference (the state chapter of the American Planning Association), honors a built project in Central Ohio that has positively impacted an entire community by improving its existing urban fabric and improving the quality of life for residents, businesses, etc.

In addition to this prestigious planning award, the project has received numerous awards for financing and community development.
